PORT AUTOMATION SYSTEM
At Evyap Port, all operations are performed by means and within the framework of a special port software program.

All movements are recorded and tracked instantaneously by the wireless network installed all over the port and the radio frequency hand and vehicle terminals.
Before the arrival of a vessel, the locations of the containers to be discharged are planned and all container movements and re – locations are managed simultaneously.

All vehicle entrance & exit times and movements are recorded, and the customers can be provided, upon request, with such information as vehicle entrance & exit times, container movements and container stock via telephone or by reports. The container entrance & exit operations can be performed flawless and rapidly thanks to the port automation system.

The entire communication with the container lines is performed by EDI. The container lines can view all container stocks with their location in the field and can release all instructions and requests online. They can provide their customers with correct information in the rapidest manner and can circulate container stocks faster.

In respect of liquid cargos, all tank stocks and movements are instantaneously tracked.

The retroactive information can be rapidly accessed and the requested reports can be conveniently obtained.

Numerous details such as the temperature background and the performances of transportation vehicles can be provided to the customers while, simultaneously, tank planning, which is a critical matter for the port efficiency, can easefully be performed.
